Keehar Concept: Kestrel

Kestrel is the smallest, swiftest of fire dragons. She belongs to the Vocht - the bloodline that once lived on the southern shores. The crime of Unknown Day forbade crown and land for her people. Kestrel’s burden are birds of prey - all of them on Keehar and, if she can hear the call, beyond. Kestrel is a fierce fighter - fast and evasive, she breathes out black smoke mixed with biting hot sparks and small blasts of fire and annoys her enemies terribly by zipping back and forth on her falcon wings. She doesn’t usually call her birds into battle, but should the great need arise, she’ll swarm the battlefield with hundreds and hundreds of flying raptors.
Kes is also the youngest fire dragon, she was the first to be taken from land. She doesn’t remember her human life very much and doesn’t associate herself with humans.
